@RBystrianyk True but Empires collapse because citizens in that empire become self-delusional & addicted herds that forget contentment, joy, health, wisdom, and peace:

Sadly, the collapse of the U.S. empire now feels inevitable: — Financially: over $100 trillion in total debt (federal, state, corporate, household, financial) — Economically: homelessness and disenfranchisement of millions while billionaires accumulate obscene wealth — Institutionally: corruption baked into nearly every facet of government — Ethically: lying is the norm, from the top down — Morally: murder, rape, and theft are sanctioned by our own government — Physically: rising obesity, declining mental and physical health — Intellectually: illiteracy and critical thinking are rapidly decaying — Socially: a divided people with no shared vision The fall will be messy and horrifying. But perhaps, in the end, we can build something new. Empires don't collapse because of outside enemies. They rot from within.

@SuisunDan Oats are unfortunately also among heavily sprayed crops because monocrop for-profit mass-scale cultivars are non resilient & soils are depleted and abused

@RayArmat Thanks, Ray. What’s the story with oatmeal? Does it contain glyphosate?

@WallStreetApes Maybe the farmers can form a co-op and secure investment to process and market their produce? Heck, maybe they could even just buy Del Monte's assets for pennies on the dollar.

55,000 tons of peaches no longer have a buyer at this Peach orchard in California because Del Monte went bankrupt Del Monte Foods is the long time major buyer and processor of California peaches, now roughly 70 long-term contracts with California peach growers are terminated Over 75,000 tons of peaches no longer have buyers for the upcoming season, disrupting an entire industry

@WallStreetApes Unfortunately, conventional peaches, as water-soaking fruits, are consistently on the Environmental Working Group's Dirty Dozen list, ranking #6 in the 2026 report. 99% of non-organic peaches test positive for pesticide residues, with some containing up to 19 different chemicals

@MichaelEPerrone @newstart_2024 👍Exactly! We give them scrap of chemical-free vegetables we grow + their egg shells & organic corn from our friend's farm (if they need it although they prefer clover, grass, worms, etc.). Naturally-born of mixed genes. Happy, healthy Shortcuts are not good in our food supply!

I live in a rural area on acreage and have chickens. The egg on the left is similar to what our hens lay. The birds are out on pasture all day. They also have access to organic chicken feed, as much as they want. They are free to roam around and scratch. I have observed them eating clover, grass, egg shells, bugs. They love to eat kitchen scraps too. The eggs they lay have deep orange yolks, larger than commercial eggs. Super delicious eggs. Mixed genetics mean each hen lays a unique color egg. They produce fertilizer for the garden too.

@erichhartmann True but stats are tricky! Child mortality is low partly because couples don't have many children to start with. Although the unit is %, the high number of children in a family in old times meant less resources, more viral load & weakened immune system per child & pregnant mother

@HajoKremer @Grok, I got several retweets but less than 40 views out of my 17200 followers. Do you think I am censored or throttled by X's algorithms because my independent educational posts do not meet engagement, emotion-provoking metrics? Am I too independent? Not provocative enough dear?

@DrKatLindley Dr. @DrKatLindley congratulations. You, like me seem to be too independent for X's censor algorithms. Only a couple hundred views out of your followers base. They seem not to promote outliers & independents who are here to educate and enlighten.

As egg prices soar, their quality drops! Here is a simple test to see if eggs are aged/rotten. If it doesn't fully sink, it's NOT good! The reason is explained on my "simple Science" article on "Substack" or on my new Youtube Channel "Farmer Scientist": @FarmerPhD" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">youtube.com/@FarmerPhD
