This thread lays out EVERYTHING that was illegally circumvented to persecute, railroad, and IMPRISON Tina Peters! Her First Amendment rights have now been viciously violated by a rigged system. The whole thing is still controlled by that vile Judge Barrett — the same corrupt judge who threw her in prison for 9 years. Her request for a new judge? Flat-out DENIED.This isn’t justice — it’s political persecution at its most disgusting. TINA PETERS IS A POLITICAL PRISONER!!!!! rumble.com/v5rej9b-tina-p…
Tina Peters🇺🇸 Whistleblower of fallen Navy SEAL@realtinapeters

WHAT THE COURT OF APPEALS WALKED AROUND IN TINA PETERS APPEAL 🧵 The opinion issued by the Court of Appeals highlighted the clear and substantial violations of Tina Peters Constitutional First Amendment Rights by Judge Matthew Barrett when he sentenced her, quoting his own words when he said that Tina was "a danger to all of us." The COA used Judge Barrett's sentencing violations of Tina's free speech as the only real reasoning in their decision to remand her convictions to the district court for resentencing. Despite bringing up a number of additional issues during arguments for Tina's appeal, the court walked around rather serious ones that we well articulated in her case for appeal. This previously unreleased video highlights one such issue: BIASED JURORS. Bear in mind this recording took place after Tina Peters was found guilty with this woman being a member of the jury.

Having a photo from a large black tie event where both appear to be present does not prove they actually met each other as you imply. They were both simply present at a the event, possibly with hundreds or even thousands of people. There are thousands of photos with DJT and people he never met. This is true of many celebrities.

🚨BREAKING: 🚨 WHISTLEBLOWER SAYS TRUMP ACCUSER E. JEAN CARROLL SECRETLY MET WITH DNC OFFICIALS, CONFESSED ON TAPE THAT HER ALLEGATIONS AGAINST PRESIDENT TRUMP ARE FALSE. An individual with "inside knowledge" of this meeting says that Carroll received $10 MILLION FROM THE DNC in addition to her MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR BOOK DEAL AND HEFTY FEDERAL LAWSUIT which is the reason that she FABRICATED these allegations against our President. She is also alleged to be CAUGHT ON THIS TAPE ADMITTING that she has in fact never actually met President Trump. Once again, TRUMP WAS RIGHT ABOUT EVERYTHING. Why? It is not the voters fault- California elections are rigged. We need to clean the voter rolls, end mass mail in ballots, go back to small precincts with paper ballots, hand counted, voter ID required to vote, proof of citizenship required to register to vote. If we get a decent portion of that done, the election results will be dramatically different.

The gigantic Universe and you think we are alone? Sure, there were previous civilizations on earth. I agree with that. You are just wrong about extraterrestrials though. They exist and we have reverse engineered their tech. I have had personal contact with a scientist who confirmed that to me. Can’t give his name. He made it clear that I was never to disclose that. Actually I am not supposed to reveal anything, but I can’t be silent. He was not my only contact, just the most cautious. Then there is what is publicly available like Lt Corso’s autobiographical book “the day after Roswell” in which he details his personal involvement in the process. There is more too. Do your research Don’t just accept Joe’s view.

Photos of the milky way are going to look similar. A reverse image search doesn't prove anything. While I do believe much technology, ET's being real, and more, has been hidden from the public, the earth is not flat, and the Artemis 2 mission is not a hoax. We did just send 4 people to the moon. The Universe is very very big. Pictures of the bright earth don't show stars around the planet because of the basic rules of photography. Ever heard of an aperture setting? The starlight is too dim for the bright earth. However, look at the pictures of the dark side of the earth and now you see the stars and auroras.

Free range is meaningless on commercial eggs, that is for sure. Before moving to a rural area and getting chicken's, I found that even so-called pasture eggs are not always very high quality I was seeking. I'm fortunate to live on acreage now and have some very productive chickens. They are free to roam from sunrise to sunset. They go into their coop on their own accord before sunset. This is the norm by the way. You don't have to herd them in at night. Due to nocturnal predators in the area an automatic chicken coop door closes to protect them, opening just before sunrise when it's light out. They have access to organic chicken feed, but they roam the property during the day. They seem to like exploring. I have observed them eat clover, grass, egg shells, bugs, and they really love kitchen scraps, which is the smallest percentage of their diet. These hens lay eggs with deep orange yolks. The yolks are also larger than commercial egg yolks. A small flock can produce plenty of eggs for a family, and chickens also make fertilizer for the garden. If you live where you can have chickens, and you aren't, give it some thought.

I live in a rural area on acreage and have chickens. The egg on the left is similar to what our hens lay. The birds are out on pasture all day. They also have access to organic chicken feed, as much as they want. They are free to roam around and scratch. I have observed them eating clover, grass, egg shells, bugs. They love to eat kitchen scraps too. The eggs they lay have deep orange yolks, larger than commercial eggs. Super delicious eggs. Mixed genetics mean each hen lays a unique color egg. They produce fertilizer for the garden too.

Elon would know? Definitely not an assumption I would make. I know that there are ET’s. They are monitoring us. Most of them are good. They are not going to invade. We, generally speaking, are not ready for contact. The best analogy as to why is in our science fiction, like prime directive. There are ET’s that exist, for lack of better words, out of phase with us, so we can’t see or detect them. The Universe is much grander than we thought.

Many scientists and members of the public believe “we are on the brink of an irreversible climate disaster” and that “much of the very fabric of life on Earth is imperiled.” The UN Secretary General says climate change is a “time bomb” ticking toward detonation. Johan Rockström, director of the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research, warns that six of nine “planetary boundaries” have been transgressed and that humanity is approaching “irreversible tipping points.” The World Economic Forum reports that climate change may cause an additional 14.5 million deaths by 2050, citing research suggesting one billion deaths are possible by 2100 if warming exceeds two degrees Celsius. The public has received the message. A study of 10,000 people in 10 nations found that 56 percent said “humanity is doomed” and nearly half said climate change had negatively impacted their daily life.” And yet the apocalypse described in these warnings bears little resemblance to the one revealed by the data. In 2024, approximately 16,753 people died from natural disasters globally, well below the twenty-year average of 65,566, continuing a long-term decline of roughly 90 percent over the past century. U.S. crop yields set records in 2024. Rockström’s planetary boundaries lack any objective biophysical threshold and instead reflect subjective political judgments about how much of nature humans should use. A NASA-funded study found that between 25 and 50 percent of the world’s vegetated area has grown greener over the past four decades, with CO2 fertilization accounting for approximately 70 percent of the greening. Global warming projections have fallen from 3 to 3.5 degrees Celsius in 2015 to 2.6 degrees.... x.com/shellenberger/… Please subscribe now to support Public's award-winning investigative journalism, read the rest of the story, and watch the full video! x.com/shellenberger/…

This meme acknowledges a big problem so many non-Christian people have with the religions. This doctrine clearly is one designed to instill fear. That is a show stopping thing for many people. It doesn’t feel right to them, or to me, this notion of eternal hell for simply not accepting a belief. When I was about 13, my soul guided me away from that doctrine I had been taught in one particular church: Infinite punishment for those that make the transient failure of not finding the right belief. Everywhere in the Universe we find that there is a process of balancing. I believe this is also true of the metaphysical portions of the universe. I believe the infinite creator is much more benevolent than this doctrine suggests. At a young age I realized that I did not believe in “original sin.” Without that the whole house of cards fell apart. I believe Yeshua made an important sacrifice, but it was cancel a bad contract humanity had naively entered into. Not for your salvation from sin. So I am a Yeshuan, you could say. I am not in favor of abortion, but I do not share the extreme views of many as I do not believe the soul fully enters the body before birth. We live many lives, we re-embody. In an infinite creation this just makes sense. If a soul considers a potential parent then sees it will miscarry naturally or abort by choice, it abandons the opportunity for another one.

I detest war. Unfortunately the globalist plan for world war 3 was centered around and starting in Iran & Israel. Then dragging the whole world in to an escalating conflict that would go nuclear. I have no doubt that this been gamed out thoroughly. By acting now we are stopping a much much worse future conflict. My knee jerk reaction was similar to what you expressed. However I dug into the details, knowing how DJT hates war, there had to be more going on. There was. Research it yourself, just don’t expect any truth from mainstream media.

When “science” is captured by a political agenda, it doesn’t just cease to be science, it becomes propaganda. In this example, absurdly inaccurate.
Dr. Matthew M. Wielicki@MatthewWielicki

As a former academic, it is physically painful to watch the "Gold Standard" of scientific publishing turn into a rubber-stamp factory for narrative-driven garbage. A recent paper published by Springer Nature on CO2 "toxicity" is the perfect case study in why institutional science is losing all credibility. The paper claims that rising atmospheric CO2 is on the verge of poisoning human blood and causing a "toxic threat" within decades. It sounds scary... until you apply five minutes of basic biological and historical literacy. 1. The Evolutionary Reality Check Mammals evolved roughly 225 million years ago. During that era, atmospheric CO2 wasn't just "high"—it was astronomical, estimated at 2,000 to 4,000 ppm. That is nearly 10X higher than current levels. If the human (mammalian) blood-gas exchange system were as fragile as these authors claim, our entire lineage would have been extinguished in the Triassic. We are the descendants of organisms that thrived in high CO2. 2. The Military "Living Laboratory" We don't have to guess how humans react to high CO2. The U.S. Navy and NASA have decades of data. Submariners routinely live and work in environments with CO2 levels maintained between 2,000 and 5,000 ppm for months at a time. If the "science" in this paper were remotely accurate, every nuclear sub crew in history would have been neurologically incapacitated. They aren't. They perform highly complex technical tasks at CO2 levels the authors of this paper would find "apocalyptic." 3. The Peer Review Scandal How does a paper that ignores the fossil record and existing physiological data get past the "gatekeepers"? When "Science" ignores the laws of biology and decades of human data to push a scary headline, it is no longer science... it is ideology. This is why the public is tuning out. When you trade your intellectual honesty for a "fashionable" conclusion, you don't just lose the argument; you lose the trust of the people. The "reproducibility crisis" was just the beginning; we are now facing a full-blown crisis of basic competence. When prestigious publishers like Springer Nature swap rigorous physiological data for "fashionable" alarmism, they aren't just publishing bad papers... they are actively dismantling the public's trust in the scientific method itself. Academia is burning its own house down, and until there is a reckoning with this institutional rot, nobody should blame the public for looking elsewhere for the truth. link.springer.com/article/10.100…

The community note shows us that we have had an ongoing problem with mainstream acceptance. Yes, the pear research is “old” now, but it is still valid and there is a gigantic problem with studies that don’t want to replicate but a priori has a goal to contradict. Real science requires objectivity. Dr Dean Radin of Noetic institute has written about the repression of true results in his many books.

Princeton researchers discovered that the human brain emits ultra-low-frequency electromagnetic waves that appear to form part of a global neural network. These signals can subtly influence other people’s brains from as far as 10,000KM away, raising the possibility that human consciousness is interconnected across the planet. This work adds to a growing body of research suggesting that our brains communicate not only through neurons but also through delicate electromagnetic fields. Some studies indicate that these fields may help shape empathy, intuition, and even the way groups synchronize their behavior. Experiments have also hinted that when one person meditates or focuses deeply, nearby or even distant individuals can show slight shifts in their brainwave patterns. The Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research (PEAR) Laboratory has conducted several experiments that show the mind has a subtle capacity to influence the output of devices known as Random Event Generators (REGs). A project that initially started when a student was curious to study the effects of the human mind and intention on the surrounding environment, turned into a rigorous testing lab where Dr. Robert Jahn and his lab assistant spent many hours experimenting to determine whether or not the mind has an effect on our physical world. Jahn and his assistant were able to determine that the human minds interactions with the machines demonstrated a relationship that was not physical in nature. The mind was able to affect and change outcomes of the machine in ways that were beyond standard deviations. In essence, consciousness was having an effect over the physical world. To determine the effects of the mind’s intention on the physical world, they built several machines called a random number generator. The machine would essentially mimic a coin flip and record the results over time. The machine performed 200 flips per second and produced an average mean of 100 as one would expect. Left unattended, the machine would continue to produce results that suggested a 50/50 chance of producing either heads or tails. The interesting results came when human intention started to interact with the machine. What was once a random 50/50 chance of producing heads or tails began to deviate from expectation as the observer began to intend for the numbers to be higher or lower. While the effects of the mind over the machines was not large, it was enough that contemporary physics is unable to explain what exactly is happening. Perhaps this is where the quantum world can shed light? The implications of this research on humanity are fascinating given it could reach into the realms of creating a world of peace, a thriving world and abundance. If intentions and thoughts can impact something the way it has been demonstrated above, why not explore the boundaries of how far this can go?

Is it man? No. Our contribution to the carbon cycle is about 3%. Negligible. Climate models are fraudulent and I have critiqued and you can find a longer summary in my previous posts.
