Notice how DS2 defenders can't just say "Yeah that area is pretty annoying I understand your frustration" they have to say "No actually having to kill 16 enemies with infinite aggro range on the runback to the boss is fine and normal"

I really enjoyed the plot, characters, style and the deathloop gimmick was good in paper, but the ai and the half baked deathloop mechanic kinda ruins replayability but still i enjoyed the end product overall tbh

Main reason why SS2 isn't higher is because the final boss fight against Shodan cannot be beaten if you didn't invest into hacking at all. It's the equivalent of the game taking a fat dumb on core principles of the ganre. It's still damn good game and the pillar of immsims.

Jon Bernthal was a rich kid with a lawyer dad who has never seen any actual combat or violence in his life and has made a career off larping as a bootlicking badass and them letting him co-write this special really showed that off

I think people conflate strong women/unable to be sexist. Lisa Lisa is a strong woman, however her writing is quite sexist because all that strength is taken away from her the instance a male character needs to shine.. I love Araki, but we seriously can't pretend he's perfect
