Today marks exactly 3 years since Judge Torres ruled in the Ripple vs. SEC case. That decision was a major turning point and the beginning of the end of the prev. SEC war on crypto. Court made it clear in dicta: XRP itself is not a security. A lot changed since then to the positive imo, a more crypto friendly administration and the CLARITY act that is important to move forward for investors, innovation and businesses to provide the regulatory certainty needed for mass adoption.
