@nicoletteduclar @moggmon I want to know what you used to cut the sprites out and how you generated them. Did you generate them on black and white canvas and remove with difference finding? Generate on colored palette and try to remove? I am struggling with pixel art assets.

@markwitt_me @Dimillian @gabrielchua good question, my image gen used pink. I think it's just because these neon green and pink colors aren't widely used in palettes and are easier to strip. i've been working on a tool to try to make realistic pixel art, but it struggles with artifacts and stuff.

Thanks to @gabrielchua, the latest version of the image gen skill will know how to generate spritesheet with green backgrounds so Codex can then have sprites with transparent background and integrate them into your games!

Okay so 5.5 spud dropped today and I had it refine my assets and generate actual building assets. Did pretty good job. I look forward to the day when it can create real pixel art, precise animations, and video games with a prompt. My life will be complete then. #buildinpublic

@Brian_Rabafi @thsottiaux Lol yeah it took me a minute. There's an icon in the top left, icon only, no text. I can't remember what it looks like, but it was a small circle icon that when I saw i was like 'ah damn'.

ChatGPT Images 2.0 can generate really cool UI - either for your apps or games. Here I asked it to generate UI for game based around 'Falcons' and for a random health app. It generates everything PERFECTLY and usable in your actual game/app. The only thing I HATE about it is it can't generate transparent images - which is a degrade from the previous version of it's image model. Experimenting more, stay tuned!
