I just feel like the doors been shut and really need this to be looked into further as I did not make these changes and I had 2FA on you can clearly see it was not me

I contacted support immediately, but was told the payout cannot be reversed once claimed and the case has now been closed.

My Twitch payout details were changed without my knowledge. My contact email was switched to a random address, so I received no alerts, and my payout was sent to a PayPal account that isn’t mine. I had 2FA enabled the whole time and had used the same email and PayPal for years.
