@RayPhilpot @AST_arsenal I haven't got an email either.
I'm just logging on at 1pm to buy.

Emirates Champions League final screening update. Club will send emails at 10am with full details and sales will start at 13.00pm. Today will be for season ticket holders who didn’t buy a Budapest ticket. They will also be able to buy for junior gunners. There is no ticket transfer. Only buy if you can attend. £15 tickets. About 35k places

@Benny_Blancooo @AST_arsenal @REDactionAFC Alex thanks. It just seems a small number for such a massive game and I would of thought we would have been able to get near close to full capacity
English

@RayPhilpot @AST_arsenal @REDactionAFC Looked back at the archives and you’re right. There were very small numbers in the upper tier for 2015… plenty on the pitch mind

English

Emirates screening ticket sale update:
Arsenal are just waiting on final approval for event from authorities. Sales likely to start today or tomorrow. First wave will be season ticket holders (Gold) who didn’t buy Budapest together with Junior gunner members. Then silver. Then red. Please keep eye out for email from club advising of arrangements.
English

@Benny_Blancooo @AST_arsenal @REDactionAFC If they put screens on for all four sides surely you would ?
English

@RayPhilpot @AST_arsenal @REDactionAFC Likely wouldn’t see anything on the pitch screens if they opened the upper tier
English

@AST_arsenal @REDactionAFC Why so little when they could get full capacity
English

@AST_arsenal @REDactionAFC Are they still only looking at 37k for the screening ?

There are a good number of tickets left. Demand will be well above supply so yes a scramble but there are going to be lots of happy people in an hour.
Bob Smith@ohcomeon101
@AST_arsenal Presumably only a handful of seats available and a massive scramble to grab them?
English

@AST_arsenal @Talk_To_Will @sometimesong Why so little surely they would put screens on all 4 sides to get full capacity?
English

Budpest update: Not everyone successful in ballot is buying so likely to be another small sale. Advise those on standby to keep an eye out for email updates. Emirates screening sales will follow once all match tickets sold so STHs who didn't buy get channce to buy first. It will be gold (non Budpaest purchasers) Silver, Red in that order.

@talkSPORT How does this oxygen thief get a job ? he did nothing for villa during his playing career to win any trophies
English

@rahulcmenon17 @Wakabout2 Another one that has no idea what she talks about. It’s hilarious that she has a job as a presenter when all she does is presents herself as clueless
English

@Wakabout2 Abby is not a Spurs fan. She is an Arsenal hater. She wants her club to be relegated over us winning a trophy. That's the level of that club and it's fanbase.

When Arsenal went to Anfield in 1989 needing to beat Liverpool 2-0 to win the league, every one of the lads went back to London afterwards to celebrate.
Lee Dixon did not.
That was his biggest regret about the whole night.
Because before the game, his mum had already told him he had to come back home.
His uncle was over from Australia.
There was a party planned.
And as far as Dixon was concerned, Arsenal probably were not even going to win the title anyway.
So he had already arranged to go back.
Then Michael Thomas scored.
Arsenal won the league.
And while the rest of the squad were heading off to celebrate one of the maddest title wins English football had ever seen, Dixon was stood outside Anfield with a bottle of champagne waving them off.
He got in the car with his brother and started driving back through Liverpool towards his mum and dad’s.
He still had his Arsenal blazer on.
And had a bottle of champagne with champions stamped across it.
After a while it caught up with him that he had not eaten.
His brother spotted a chippy.
So Dixon said he would go in and get it.
Right then he still was not thinking properly.
He jumped out and ran straight in.
And the second he opened the door, it hit him.
The place was full.
Liverpool had just lost the title.
And he was standing in the middle of Liverpool in an Arsenal blazer.
“Oh my God.”
“This is the end.”
By then there was no real way out of it.
So he just kept his head down and went to the counter.
“Four fish and chips please.”
Then he looked up at the bloke behind the counter.
He was just staring at him.
Dixon was waiting for it.
Instead the fella leaned over and gave him the line that saved him.
“It’s alright lad.”
“You can have extra chips.”
“We’re all Evertonians.”
Instead of getting buried in a Liverpool chip shop in an Arsenal blazer after Arsenal had just won the title at Anfield, Dixon ended up having a party in there with a load of Evertonians.
