Players: Leave the 4 between the leg dribble combos, logo pull ups & double step backs at home. If you aren’t working on shot mechanics, violent jabs & rip throughs, straight line drives, starts & stops, changing direction, shot/ball fakes, pace & hesi’s, you are missing out.

Players: You will never regret putting in hard work. With it, you become better, tougher & more resilient. Hard work will get you to that next step & that’s powerful. Your mindset changes & in the process you become a better version of yourself. That in itself is the best reward.

Players: Keep your PERSPECTIVE: -Failure is part of everything -Work for the end result -Ignore the naysayers -Choose greatness, not just getting by -Believe in yourself -Control your own mindset -Know it’s about the process
