@General_Oluchi I'm watching it tonight thank you for informing me. I love the show. The erotic scene though 🏃🏽♀️➡️🏃🏽♀️➡️

@General_Oluchi My partner is the ultimate fixer. From the top floor to the basement, if something breaks, he finds a way to fix it. Honestly, that skill alone has saved us thousands of dollars over the years. 🔧💰

Many Americans in their 40s have a shed or garage full of tools for fixing things around the house or their cars. When they finally call a professional, it usually means they’ve already tried everything they know. They can change brake pads, do oil changes, replace bumpers, and even service engines themselves. They also handle home repairs like plumbing, drywall work, and carpentry. Recently, I sold a lawn mower to a 70-year-old man who proudly told me he still services all his mechanical equipment on his own.
Thinking about it, I struggle to remember many Nigerian adults who casually fix things around their homes without hiring someone. Many people who have those skills tend to do it professionally as a trade. But outside of that, a lot of both older and younger Nigerian men never really developed hands-on skills for basic repairs around the house.

@rundriveng My brother, they do it to most countries, but i don't think they do it to nurses from the United States.

The way Canada 🇨🇦 Dey downgrade Nigeria 🇳🇬 healthcare certificates is just surprising!
You have to do a lot of upgrades for you to integrate into the system.
Tough for Internationally trained healthcare professionals but if your school there, you are good.
But hey! As long as it takes people out of that dungeon, go for it if you can.

@Rayade17 More than anything else, the health part is crucial.
Regulate how you live now so you feel great in your entire body to face the new life from 40.
English

“Life begins at 40.”
Growing up, my mom used to say that a lot. I didn’t fully understand it then… but the older I get, the more it makes sense.
For many people, your 40s feel like a rebirth. Your priorities shift. Your values become clearer. The things that once felt urgent suddenly lose their noise, and purpose starts to matter more than pressure.
But there’s also the health side of 40.
Our bodies begin to change:
Metabolism slows down
Hormones start shifting
Recovery takes longer
Risk for some conditions begins to rise
That’s why turning 40 is not just a birthday — it’s a health checkpoint.
Important screenings to start paying attention to: 🩺 Blood pressure
🩺 Blood sugar
🩺 Cholesterol levels
🩺 Colon cancer screening
🩺 Breast/prostate checks
🩺 Routine physical exams
Many diseases are silent in the early stages. Early checks can save lives.
So yes… maybe our parents were right.
Life can begin at 40 — with better wisdom, clearer purpose, and smarter health decisions.
Take care of your body. Your future self will thank you.

@General_Oluchi One reason I stepped away from U.S. politics discourse on here.
The moment you talk, some people will rush to your DM:
“Hope the deportation issue is not affecting you?”
I’m still confused… affect me in what way exactly? 🤔
English

I can’t count how often I get comments like this and all I always say is, if getting a US visa is by loyalty, then use your MAGA gift card and collect visa at the embassy.
The average Nigerian, especially the Trump supporters hate to see Nigerians in America criticize him, so they wish for deportation and whatever that would bring them joy. This is why I say, it’s a waste of time speaking up for or even fighting for Nigerians. They are not happy that you are comfortable. If you die fighting for them, they’d celebrate it. They don’t want you to flourish if they aren’t. They are insufferable and envious. “Victor” is languishing in Egypt, doing God knows what. Who knows how many times his US visa got denied so he believes that supporting Trump will give him a better opportunity. I can’t wait to see why Tinubu has in stock for you all.

@Rayade17 This is 💯 Correct
