So very proud of my baby girl! So many opportunities lie ahead for you, Heather!

We all want to spend Thanksgiving with people we care about. But with #COVID19 surging, the best way to keep loved ones safe is to only gather with immediate family or those in your household. If we do the right thing now, we will have a lot more to be thankful for next year.

@stumpteacher @hermanns_mrs Why the implication that if teachers make a rule it's in the best interests of children but rules made by administrators aren't? Administrators' dedication to children doesn't evaporate just because s/he moves to a new position. Many comments are devisive, we're on the same team!

@hermanns_mrs My commemt was do what you are comfortable with and if they get pushback I will have the conversation. And to be fair, I don't suspect the camera decision was made by teachers but by admin.

My sons' schools (MS and HS) have required kids to leave cameras on for entire class periods during remote learning. I told them they can turn them off as needed and I will take the heat for that decision.
