I think at first humans stay the primary economic participants, but increasingly through agents. So it’s less “humans disappear” and more “humans operate through intelligent extensions of themselves.” That’s the first shift. The second shift comes when some agents stop feeling like simple tools and start acting more like persistent economic actors with goals, memory, coordination, and the ability to transact on their own. That’s when the line starts to blur.

Strategy is a strategy. Although I’d rather actually own my crypto not own something that says I own value backed by crypto. Regardless it’s needed. Not everyone will need or want to have true self custody of their crypto assets. Most underestimate the level of responsibility needed to truly be your own bank.
