Yesterday, 10 May, marked the 300th anniversary of the Battle of Pilsud. On 10 May 1727, Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, together with his distinguished generals Maharaja Chhatrasal Bundela , Dhiraj Singhji Khichi and Budh Singh Hada, led a force of 10,000 Rajputs to victory against a 42,000-strong Maratha-Afghan army commanded by Kanhoji Bhosle and Dilir Khan. Kshatriya Parishad pays solemn homage to the valour and sacrifice of all soldiers who fell on both sides in this historic battle. PS: Dhiraj Singhji Khichi was ancestor of @digvijaya_28
