@KagimuDrImran The qn everyone keeps asking on whether one can sign and the other refuses to sign is knowledge based on Hollywood movies not Ugandan jurisprudence. In Uganda, the procedure is different; file a petition, defend it, get Decree NISI, wait for 6 months get Decree absolute.
