"Their help" has contributed to 10 suicides due to their lobbying for a retrospective law and then once in place gaslighting all victims who fell victim to these scams.. Oh and demanding money, interest and when they can get away with it charging IHT on top. 10 Suicides so far.

My Contract of Employment clearly states that I was an employee and any Tax / NI etc was the responsibility of the employer. [We] completed the annual Tax Returns and Loans were fully declared, to the extent that I was taxed on them @LCAG_2019 @loanchargeAPPG #LoanChargeScandal

I have never had a settlement figure from HRMC, but considering other horror stories of equivalent 95% tax plus IHT in some cases. There is no option but to contest or decalre brankruptcy, hence it is a punitive tax @LCAG_2019 @loanchargeAPPG #LoanChargeScandal
