@nickjby @Traffic_M1 They need to revise the Highway Code or whatever for clearing up accidents etc as we have millions more cars on the road yearly

@Traffic_M1 why does it take so long to clear accidents off the motorway. I’ve been stuck on the #M1 northbound near Hemel for 50 mins since 6pm & the M1 traffic update says won’t be normal till 9-9.15pm! Understand if there are injuries. I’ve been in similar with no injuries.

@HM_Passport you nailed when you have asked for all our 3 passports to do some “checks” and never to have them back, no response from you, just loops. Great way of making people document less

@HM_Passport No it’s not. There are some cases where the office requested the share code. I never heard of anyone giving their passports to support this
