Bad news is I still can’t get into some of my apps and reset my phone settings due to hard reseting my phone as part of the troubleshooting!

@tescomobile this has been affecting me too. I lost three hours investigating this yesterday morning. So frustrating! Please inform all your support staff. And do let us know when it’s resolved, thank you.

@tescomobile @_AndyGrover Mines been off 4 days now they’re not bothered just fobbing people off saying it’s being investigated or ‘must be your phone try putting sim in another phone’ . Hope you get sorted

@_AndyGrover Hi, Andy. Our support team are aware of an issue which is not affecting everybody, this is the ability to receive calls/text from networks other than Tesco/O2. It's being investigated and worked on as we speak. Apologies for any inconvenience. - Chris

Elderly friend of mine cannot receive mobile calls, get message “you have dialled an incorrect number, please check and try again” has had issue for 4 days and has critically ill wife and needs to receive calls from hospital.

Hey @tescomobile I've not been able to send texts, make calls or use my data all day in the Hertfordshire area. I've restarted my phone and checked my connection settings. Can we get an update on the situation please. I can't even call the customer care line thanks.

@tescomobile never again will I go through Tesco mobile , phone been not receiving calls or texts since Monday . One advisor tells me it’s a national thing it’s getting sorted , another try’s to blame my phone and to put my sim in another phone . Disgrace

@tescomobile This is really rubbish. Just fobbing people off like this. I tried to make a complaint on email but you sent me a text with a verification code on as I logged in but I cannot receive texts. You might call that irony 🙄 please send me a link so I can make an official complaint

@tescomobile Due to maintenance work I have not been able to receive texts or calls. I need to get verification codes by text to my iPhone to be able to work and have not been able to work today. I had no notice this was going to happen and my boss is not happy.
