Congratulations to retired Athletic Director, David Palmer for being inducted this morning into the SWOADA Hall of Fame, along side his wife Carol Palmer.

Some of my favorite memories as an ATC comes from being around this program! An amazing coach but even a better person. Congrats Carla on an outstanding career!

Congratulations to Coach Phillips for surpassing the 400 win milestone tonight!

We had a great family vacation in Gatlinburg! First time we really introduced hiking to both kids and they loved it! We also had quite a few “Friends” 🐻 that like hanging around the cabin. Easton kept a count and we ended the week with 22 Bear sightings!

Easton decided he wanted to hang at work with dad today! He enjoyed himself at the DH!

Happy 2nd birthday Charli! You have consistently defied the odds by overcoming many obstacles! You are true blessing to us and we can’t wait to see what you do in the years to come!!

Hanging at work with dad this morning. Worked on his dribbling for basketball season. Had some donuts and of course made some friends along the way. 🏀 🙌🏼

A great few days spent on the Ice with @PremierHealthOH, @HobartArena , @WSURaiders AT students & Troy EMS going over the Extrication of the Spine Injured athlete in Ice Hockey! 🥅 🏒

@A_Dailey86 Yes we haven’t made it down in quite a few years! But left the kids with the grandparents. Started at Old man’s cave,cedar falls, then the upper fallls trail. 6 miles later we were exhausted 😅

@RcastleAT As someone who enjoys hiking, I am a massive fan of Hocking Hills!

To the Newly certified AT’s out there….Take advantage of the time between seasons to get away and unplug for a day or two. Pour back into those that sacrifice the most during the long nights away. Hocking Hills never disappoints! #SSAT

@FtRecovery_AT That is awesome!!! Yes it took me a couple years in to realize it…1 kid changed my whole perspective…then the 2nd came along and has even strengthened my views on it lol.

Behind every married AT is an amazing spouse that accepts the late nights at home alone with kids , the late night text after a game, the unpredictable schedules etc…I could go on and on. Words cannot describe my appreciation and love for her. Thank you!! ☺️
