@Graham_Couch As someone who grew up in the Kalamazoo area, it would be awesome opportunity. Southwest MI is a professional sports desert.

Kalamazoo does have a new arena opening.
You could do a lot worse.

New Blazers owner Tom Dundon is reportedly “ruthless” and will not hesitate to move the franchise to Nashville, Austin, or Kalamazoo if Portland politicians continue to treat the relocation threat as a “hollow bluff,” per @billoram

@PixelCNinja Rogue Squadron 2 was one of my favorite games growing up.
That series, as a whole, was superb.
A remaster would be nice, but having all three blended together (in a linear timeline, in which the split between Luke and Wedge can still take place).

Glad to see the Star Fox remake, but who else has been clucking for some new Star Wars Rogue Squadron?
We need a new game in the series, I'd even settle for remakes/remasters right now.
Who's with me?
Btw, Dolphin with HD textures does a smashing job in Rogue Squadron 2

What do y'all think of the new Star Fox game? I gotta say I like what I've seen of the gameplay, I'm not sure about the characters models in FMV and avatars 🤔, maybe they'll grow on me. Who else is gonna pick it up day one?

Happy Star Wars Day!
If you had to be a character from the Star Wars universe, who would you be and why?
I would be Obi-Wan Kenobi: cares about people, witty, committed to something bigger than himself, and perseveres through considerable adversity.

“Hamstring load” is task- and muscle-specific. Programming should expose players progressively to max accel, true hard decel, and planned cutting – not just straight-line sprinting and Nordics.

@Sheehan_Sports Where would you like to see the most growth in this upcoming season for MSU football?
I would like to see improvement in the trenches (both, but especially offensive line).

Now I want to talk about just this diagram because it is immensely thoughtful.
What stands out is how Mitchell and Gimpel show return to performance as a continuum where responsibility shifts without any discipline disappearing. Early on, the process is more medically led, with diagnosis, planning, acute management, modified conditioning, early loading, and normal movement taking priority. But even there, the athlete is not simply resting until rehab is “done.” The goal is already to limit decay, maintain what can be maintained, and keep the athlete moving toward performance.
As the pathway progresses, the emphasis expands into gym based reconditioning, return to running criteria, technical reintroduction, high speed running, agility, maximum speed, positional drills, return to training, return to playing, and ultimately return to performance.
That visual sequence is the point. Return to play is not one event, one test, or one signature at the end of rehab. It is a staged Human Performance process where confidence is earned through progressive exposure, objective criteria, shared language, and coordinated decision making.
