🆕 | Burnout, low staffing levels and increasing patient need, are forcing staff to quit early, not long after registration.
With more staff leaving and fewer joining, this is a perfect storm which threatens patient care.

Last week, Cpl Crisp placed a wreath on behalf of the RCN at the Cavell Memorial service. As part of the RCN Defence Forum, Cpl Crisp honored Edith Cavell, the courageous WW1 nurse who treated soldiers on both sides. Thanks to @CavellTrust @rcn_dnf @theRCN.
