🆕 | Burnout, low staffing levels and increasing patient need, are forcing staff to quit early, not long after registration.
With more staff leaving and fewer joining, this is a perfect storm which threatens patient care.

Immense pride for everyone at the Festival of Remembrance. A truly historic moment as the Queen Alexandra’s Royal Army Nursing Corps parades in its current form for the final time. A career-defining highlight and a fitting tribute to its proud legacy. #FestivalOfRemembrance #QARANC
