Virginia Giuffre alleged in 2014 court filings that she was trafficked to Alan Dershowitz by Jeffrey Epstein. Dershowitz denied the allegations and filed defamation claims against her attorneys. He later admitted visiting Epstein's island but denied any wrongdoing.

Ghislaine Maxwell was convicted December 29, 2021. She was the only person charged for facilitating Epstein's abuse. The people who flew on his planes and attended his dinners were never charged. Maxwell is serving 20 years. No one else is.

Alan Dershowitz helped negotiate Jeffrey Epstein's 2008 plea deal that let Epstein serve 13 months. Victims later accused Dershowitz himself. He denied it. He joined Trump's first impeachment defense team. He appears dozens of times in the released files.
