LEGO Batman Legacy of The Dark Knight has implemented Denuvo anti-tamper DRM before its release on PC. If the System Requirements were tested without Denuvo, I'm afraid that this is going to add another layer that could make the framerate much worse (as if the game wasn't demanding enough to resort to upscaling and frame-gen in order to achieve 30 or 60 FPS)

Warner Bros. has quietly added Denuvo Anti-Tamper DRM to the PC version of LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight. They added it to the game’s Steam store page just days before its scheduled release. Remember that Denuvo is anti-piracy software designed to protect the games. I thought developers would stop adding this to the games since all games can be bypassed.
