@Paul_L_OBrien I’m so sorry. It really is cruel. A lot of people with Alzheimer’s enjoy taking care of a realistic baby doll. Maybe that would help her. I know of one woman who brought hers with her to church.

My mom just turned to me and said she needs to go make sure the baby is asleep in his crib. I’m her baby. Believe me, I haven’t slept in a crib in more than 50 years 🤣 Alzheimer’s is such a cruel disease.

Feeling all of my 58 years today. Got the old lady hip pain going. Have projects to complete on the yard but they’re on hold for now.

@Timcast I was in Las Vegas last week. There was a McDonald’s in the hotel. Their coffee was so strong it could have got itself out of the pot, slapped everyone there and put itself back in the pot. Took 5 creamers and 7 Splenda packets to make it drinkable

No wonder people are hostile toward census workers. These guys parked well into my elderly neighbor's lawn because they didn't understand the notion of street parking. They supposedly mistook her manicured yard for an abandoned lot, which is obviously where cars go.

Today I planted a few perennials I got at clearance at Lowe’s. They look pretty good now that they have been dead headed. Mulched the front flower bed. Looks good but dang my hips are hurting so much from it.

About to wrap up 2 days of painting the living room at dining room at my cousin’s condo. The drapes are good quality and were professionally installed. Taking them down and rehanging them about used all my brain cells. Wayyyy too complicated. We got them up there tho
