@PrimoWater don’t have any decency, I had every two weeks schedule and because you merged with @ReadyRefresh and my account was transfer and you changed my schedule to a month without informing and chatting with the call center folks how rude they are they blaming me!!!

@TGL @PrimoWater Primo has been terrrible since taking over for @ReadyRefresh more expensive, website sucks and they do not honor the veterans agreement that I had with RR for discounted water deliveries. I'm cancelling service and will have my water delivered from local supermarkets.

@ReadyRefresh I suscribe to a delivery service. I am now out out of water & i tried to reset the password on my account, I get stuck in a loop that keeps returning me to the previous step. I am elderly and disabled. My water supply is critical to me. Phone support sent to a third party sales pitch— didn’t appreciate that one bit! Please assist me in getting my water deliveries restored ASAP

@ReadyRefresh @PrimoWater not sure what happened to this company, but the service is absolute trash. We’ve been rescheduled 3x in the last month and now have no water. This is a constant recurring issue and your customer service SUCKS. Looking up alternatives at the moment.

I was suddenly charged monthly “rental” fees by Primo on an account that had been closed for three years. Charging former customers for discontinued services is unacceptable. Stay away from them! @ReadyRefresh
