NEW Cambridge-headquartered tech giant Arm Holdings announces it will manufacture its own AI chips - a significant change after 3 decades of success getting its chip designs in 350 billion devices worldwide - IPhones, cars, data centres etc… partnerships announced with most of the worlds tech giants including OpenAI and Meta. The chips will be specialised for AI use, especially the deployment of “agents”. CEO Rene Haas tells BBC: "This marks the next phase of Arm’s journey - building on our roots in Cambridge, and the strength of our teams across the UK and around the world…” which puts Arm and the UK at the centre of global AI transformation.

I think we are underestimating how sexually degenerate the young men are too. The women aren’t just sleeping with themselves. The young men are whoring around too & those who aren’t are addicted to porn. & very few are leading in purity when dating. We don’t have some epidemic of chaste holy men & whore women. Both sexes are sexually immoral & having a difficult time finding godly partners to pursue. I have seen & personally know countless situations where a virgin woman married a man with sexual history—in fact, this is much more common in my experience. Pretending like we have a generation of chaste holy young men while the women are all whores is just lying to ourselves about the real state of society. The men are in a terrible spot too & in desperate need of Christ.

Interesting how the modern perception differs from the premodern. Roman and European republican theory is unanimous in wanting to keep political power in the hands of mature citizens and out of the hands of the hot-headed young. Wealth was supposed to stay in families, under the control of the patriarch. Maybe the difference is that modern gerontocrats in the West show no more practical wisdom than the young. Numerous examples spring to mind.
