30% of people who die in automobile accidents have toxic levels of THC in their bloodstream. The average person had 6X more than the amount that is considered "impaired". It's not about freedom as the marijuana usage affects all of us. There is no breathalyzer type test for marijuana usage. People are driving impaired and we are sitting ducks. Marijuana also causes psychosis in a percentage of users and there is a high percentage of users who are now considered to be addicted and have had serious mental decline.
