@BillyS2401 @Pauline04023347 A bit bewildering why an out of sorts Murray, who was never going to win any aerial duals in what was a game of head tennis, wasn't replaced by Fin Shrimpton.

@Pauline04023347 @ChesterFC We were terrible Pauline, Weeks out of touch, Murray not a patch from Tuesday. Both out fought in Midfield by a team that have learnt the dirty art of the game, hoof ball all game…Bainbridge only midfielder winning anything, Leak not a RB Positive, Arthur had a solid game.

The invention of photography had major impacts on art. Some artists imitated photographic effects. Others deliberately differentiated their works from the “diabolical invention” ~ compare Van Gogh’s portrait of Eugene Boch, & a photo of him artinsociety.com/pt-1-initial-i…

@LBFlyawayhome For once, this illustration is accurate. When I was a kid the buddleia in the garden was literally covered with butterflies like this. All three Whites, Peacock, Tortoiseshell, Red Admiral, Painted Lady, Comma plus Wall on the pavement!

The Woodcock, Cockshutt, Shropshire. That pub sign's a lifer and it would be if I listed pub bird cushions which I don't. I do paintings though so this lovely Red Kite counts.

Not sure you'd find a live Water Rail anywhere in Upper Teesdale but this one at the High Force Hotel is a stuffed lifer for me.

@LBFlyawayhome Wish the skies were that busy with hirundines now. Rarely hear a Swift these days let alone see one.

Always blessed to visit the Bell, Aldworth, Berks’ again. What a lovely pub. A pint of Indigenous Baldrick mild and a salt beef roll.

@SQUAWKBrewingCo Damn shame. Thoroughly enjoyed your beers as well as your pump clips. Was hoping a Wood Warbler might have appeared one day.

A message from Squawk HQ The end is nigh! We’re hanging up our boots and laying to rest our mash shovel. To cut a long story short our landlord needs to chuck us out for a few weeks for maintenance. 1/4
