It clearly says Harpole and his company had no role in the killing. It also says they had no prior knowledge and were not negligent in any way. Still, Owens continued to speak about a possible conspiracy, which is now the center of this legal dispute.

@RealBeardLawyer Did Candace ever state as a fact that Brian Harpole was at the classified meeting? Did Mitch Snow say he attended the classified meeting? Do the flight records rule out any possibility that Brian Harpole attended the classified meeting. These questions will addressed at trial.
