The chart tracks Bitcoin and gold relative to global liquidity using a z-score model, with current readings falling below the -2 sigma band, a level rarely sustained historically. Either Bitcoin’s long standing correlation with global liquidity has completely broken down… or this is one of the most tightly coiled springs the market has ever seen, with a violent mean reversion ahead.

The judge openly admitted the facts themselves were not false. That’s the terrifying part. The ruling basically says you can still be punished even when what you say is true, if the government decides your framing is politically unacceptable.
