Exit $APP with $46.33 profit per share (2,500)

I have been harping about $TLT for awhile and I strongly suspect if you are looking for reasons of today's weakness (other than a technical pullback to the EMA 8) - the bond market is where you will find any systemic issue

Added to $TKO - now have 7,500 at $189.32 avg.

@KazeToraB The EMA8 on $SPY on the D1 is $737.86

@RealDayTrading Sorry if this is a stupid question, but when using your EMA 8, is the source the "High?" That's the only source I can see that has a touch and bounce when I try to map it myself, but I'm likely doing something wrong.

$SPY bounced perfectly off the EMA 8 - which it has been doing since the 4/8 gap up - and as long as we stay above that level I am comfortable swinging longs

I am seeing a lot of mini-leap OTM Call Spreads offset by OTM Put Selling on the Institutional level on the Institutional Level.  An example would be a $TSLA $450/$500 CDS for 10/16 and selling the 10/16 $340 Puts - entire thing for a .35 Debit.

And here is the next morning crash ....

Avg loss was actually $2.23 per contract (80) - do not like the Relative Weakness of the stock

Exiting the rest of $TSLA - gonna avg. around .50 loss on contracts

Exited 30 of the 80 $TSLA Calls for $1 profit - still holding 50 of them

I have market orders in to add to $MELI - $1605 - 1,000 Shares, $1615 - 1,000 Shares and $1625 - 1,000 Shares Currently have 5,000 Shares - These are buy stops, so they will trigger as market order when the price targets are hit

I feel like I am watching a college kid high on meth and having a non-stop crazy night - they are having an amazing time but you know exactly how they are going to feel in the morning - $SPY

Long $TSLA $425 Calls expiring Friday - for $22 - 80 Contracts Long $APP $453.84 - 2,500 Shares

This is a paraphrased conversation I just had with JPM - JPM - The market is up on the expectation of bullish announcements out of China.  I am sure we'll hear something like "$50 Trillion in investment!" soon. Me - You obviously don't believe that the announcement will be a reality - JPM - Oh, it'll be total B.S. obviously - I doubt any of those companies will see a dime Me - You see my confusion here, right? JPM - Nope. Me - You, as in JPM, are buying based on the anticipation of announcement that you don't believe will be true... JPM - Who cares if it is true?? And that sums up the market - pay attention to price action, don't try to decipher the "why"

Exit /ES with a 20 pt loss

Short /ES 7436.50 - yawnnn good morning

I rarely look at the 8EMA on the daily for $SPY but there is no denying how SPY has hugged and stayed above that line - it is at $729.85.  If we drop below it, things are going to start looking bearish pretty fast -

$TLT is at $85 - we are very close to the Bond Market becoming a much bigger story than it is right now

Summing up every analyst on CNBC: Beware any expert that can reasonably and rationally explain any outcome with equal confidence that the result is exactly what one should have expected -

I closed /ES last night for the loss - no need to hedge any longer considering I am out of more than half of my longs
