MAJOR BREAKING: At approximately 2:54 PM this afternoon Salt Lake City reached 109° for the first time in recorded history. Record books go back to 1874! Just absurd heat for this region!
The lake breeze has not kicked in so 110° is possible if cloud cover doesn’t pick up.
