I checked into a hotel alone last night, and the woman at the front desk 1. Handed me two keys without asking how many I needed. 2. Told me I'd be on the second floor after writing my room number on the card and closing it. 3. Never said my room number out loud. It may seem silly to some, but little things like this help me feel safer when traveling alone, which I greatly appreciate.

I had never actually seen My 600 Lb Life before. A random clip or two. I started watching it and my God is it fascinating. One lady was over 600 lbs and the doctor put her on a 1200 calorie a day diet. He had expected her to be down 120 lbs in three months. He weighs her and she gained 12 lbs. Insane show.

@9mmsmg 1200 calories isnt much if you move, but if you are immobile, she probably should go with maybe 200 calories and some water everyday. Go full starvation mode like your trapped in thr jungle
