Heath Ledger's will was drafted in 2003—two years before Matilda was born in 2005. He never updated it to include her (or any future children).
His family voluntarily gifted the entire estate to her in trust anyway. He also had a separate $10M life insurance policy naming her as beneficiary.
It was an oversight, not intentional.

If I wanted to look into potential VA disability fraud the first thing I would look at (based on this podcasts history) is which party they vote for.
In most cases their "significant other" or they are a flaming liberal P.O.S..
"Who did you vote for in the last election?"
"Harris? Let me see your records..."
We could clean up 99.9999999% of the VA disability fraud with just that question alone.

I just retired after 21 years of service. I can guarantee you, there is a lot of fraud in VA benefits. Met several former Active Duty, that did 4 or less years and come out with 80% disability from “Anxiety” and “Mental Health.” Never deployed, never saw combat, many were pencil pushers.

I am begging someone, anyone to clean up the disability fraud in the VA. This guy was a Navy reservist who went to school for the Government and got out after 2 years with disability benefits for anxiety and depression. This has to end.
