According to @BarakRavid for Axios, citing two U.S. officials, a 60-day memorandum of understanding (MOU) has been agreed upon by both the U.S. and Iranian negotiating teams and currently waits approval by U.S. President Donald J. Trump and senior decision-makers in Iran. Per the report, the MOU will include a statement that maritime traffic through the Strait of Hormuz will be “unrestricted,” the gradual lifting of the U.S. blockade of vessels traveling to and from Iranian ports that is commensurate to the increase in free maritime traffic, an Iranian commitment not to pursue a nuclear weapon, and a commitment to hold discussions on the disposal of Iran’s highly enriched uranium within the 60-day timeframe.

🇺🇸🇮🇷⚡️- Full Statement: Urgent / The IRGC targeted a U.S. airbase Following the aggression carried out at dawn today by the invading U.S. military against a location on the outskirts of Bandar Abbas Airport using aerial projectiles, the American airbase that served as the origin of the aggression was targeted at 4:50. Statement by the IRGC Public Relations Office: In the name of God, the subduer of tyrants. “So whoever has assaulted you, then assault him in the same way that he has assaulted you.” Following the aggression carried out at dawn today by the invading U.S. military against a location on the outskirts of Bandar Abbas Airport using aerial projectiles, the American airbase that was the source of the aggression was targeted at 4:50. This response is a serious warning so that the enemy knows aggression will not go unanswered, and if repeated, our response will be more decisive. Responsibility for its consequences lies with the aggressor. “And victory is only from Allah, the Almighty, the Wise.”

BREAKING: Iran rejects Trump's new comments "the Strait is going to be open to everybody, US will watch over it, but nobody's going to control it" saying the Strait remains permanently closed, with Iran retaining "full sovereign control" over it and "preserve its nuclear materials as a guarantee of the other party's compliance" in any future agreement, per a source close to Iran's Ghalibaf. Trump also threatened to "blow up" Oman if it doesn't "behave," and says he won't lift any sanctions, release Iranian funds, or have a deal without Iran signing the Abraham Accords.

BREAKING: Iran's state TV publishes a new "Memorandum of Understanding" framework requiring immediate $12 billion frozen funds release as "tangible verification" before Iran signs any deal, which the White House has just denied because the US first demands nuclear commitments that Iran has completely rejected. Per Iran: 1. Strait of Hormuz commercial transit restored to pre-war levels within 30 days under "permanent Iranian authority" 2. For this restoration, the management of ship traffic through the Strait of Hormuz will be handled in cooperation with Oman through tolls named "environmental protection fees," with US military vessels excluded 3. US Navy fully lifts the Strait of Hormuz blockade 4. US military forces withdraw from Iran's vicinity 5. IRGC Navy adds "hostile countries" vessels remain strictly prohibited from transit even after signing 6. Final deal within 60 days approved as binding UN Security Council resolution The MFA said on Monday "no Iranian nuclear commitments and uranium handover exist or will exist in any draft agreement," making the deal structurally impossible.
