It’s for profit! An Ind resident can buy a gun legally and sell it illegally for profit. Profit trumps federal law. Who is gonna stop them?...ain’t enough cops, Feds or anyone else to prevent this type of transaction. twitter.com/thecryptohippo…

Gangs use straw man purchasers to acquire some weapons. A non-felon legally buys a firearm fr a licensed dealer (Ind, Ill,Ohio etc) then re-sells to felon for profit. No paperwork changes hands..no trace. It happens everywhere. twitter.com/thecryptohippo…

It’s not Chicago’s restrictive gun laws. It’s the lack of similar laws in cities outside of Chicago where gangs & straw purchasers acquire weapons. Most weapons used in Chicago gun violence r either stolen or bought outside of city limits. twitter.com/thenewsjunkie/…

@RealJim After watching some of his classmates gunned down in Parkland school shooting he garnered some noteriety in his effort to stop the sale of auto weapons. He is very vocal about young people getting out to vote. He has done a lot of good. Cut some slack, He is only 17
