The amount of times I have ordered hot tea from @DunkinDonuts and received coffee, is more than the amount of times I’ve actually received the hot tea I ordered. WHERE’S the difficulty? Put in hot water and a tea bag. What’s the fucking problem. HOW does this happen SO OFTEN?

@poquitou @dunkindonuts This happens constantly. It’s not hard to tell that coffee is black and water is clear.

@RealJoeyImage_ @dunkindonuts My local dunkin has a few people during the busy time. I went in one time and saw the chaos. 1 person on the window, 1 on the counter, and 1 running in between. The non donut food is steamed, the coffee maker is automatic. The hot water comes out of the auto coffee maker
