Look.
There are two parties in a lie.
The liar.
The believer.
These influencers have been lying to you for years.
"Keep clicking buttons"
"Social-fi is the future, so buy my keys"
"AI terminals need a coin"
"Believe in something"
"Internet capital markets"
"Cute meta"
"Active founder meta"
"Tokenization of culture"
"We are in the trenches bro"
All of it is and was complete nonsense.
Every meta you have been drug through was logically incoherent.
So the question is not, "why did they do this?"
The answer to that is obvious. They wanted money.
The question is, "why did you believe them?"
For many.. the answer is the same. You wanted money.
For some, you wanted clout.
For others, you wanted to feel apart of something.
Did you get any of those things?
In the coming weeks, the bull market will likely continue on its way upward.
This will be forgotten and the next wave of KOL's and influencers will step up.
Some will be good.
Many will be just like the ones that are getting run out of town.
My question is... did you learn your lesson this time?

@a1lon9 Pump fun is 99.9% full rug scams. Before you had a chance to be early off alpha. Nice try though.

Pre pump-fun... to launch a token.. you needed a dev.. you needed solid funds.. on ETH you had to spend like 5-6k minimum to deploy contract etc... during peak bull markets it would was like 20-30k sometimes...you needed marketing teams cuz you are spending money you dont want it to fail.. You had whales ready to buy and support launches cuz there were only like 3-4 devs and they had strong relationships with whales and traders etc...
There was no.. someone aping $20 at launch and up 1 million and full stacking by luck while 99% others lost money...
it was true PVE. Memecoins were basically big business launches. Sniping was also so damn expensive that there werent many. You needed like millions of dollars worth EDEN or some insane set up to snipe anything... If you were launching a token, you legit had like 200-300k behind the launch to build charts, to give it a solid chance, exchanges, etc. Exchanges even would list you because so few memecoins would launch. If you bought a token even after few days you had shot of hitting cuz coins lasted weeks, months. This is why token like SHIBA actually flipped DOGE at one point.
The dev community was also so small that if any dev actually rugged or didnt give it a real shot everyone knew and would literally never ape their launches gain and they were fully done. There was massive incentive and push for the devs to make the token succesful.
now any pleb can launch a token with zero infrastructure for $10 and average survival time of tokens is few hours max. You definitely cannot leave a token you bought overnight. Basically a money transfer of memecoin markets to pumpfun team.
This is why if you are a skemmer or rugger this is the golden bull for you. Rugging an skemming is making people millions not building.

Most people don’t want to be scammed. General normies already believe this is a scam space and are reinforced once they enter. You don’t generally go to places to make friends where you are consistently scammed. The idea of memes and crypto are good but the arena is cooked.
alon@a1lon9
most people fundamentally misunderstand why retail users come to crypto very few are purely driven by financial gain. if they were, they'd already be in the trenches they're *also* driven by personal fulfilment - they want to have fun and make friends few products reflect this
