When I come across a story like this I will share it. Every. Single Time. If this was a one time incident, it would already be outrageous. The fact that this is provably happening all over the UK is unfathomable.

Nature proves that everything is in balance. The ratio of male to female births naturally levels out to maintain species equilibrium. Ion gradients in our cells have a natural inclination to balance themselves to sustain life. Predator and prey populations fluctuate in a constant cycle to prevent any one side from collapsing the environment. The idea that "left" is good and "right" is evil is absurd. Just as in nature, moving further left without a counterbalance is impossible. Being "right" in a society pushing left isn't evil. It is the natural law of a system trying to find its level.

Shift the debate focus from winning a fight to understanding a perspective 3. Treat every profile as a person, not a screen. Please, feel free to call me out if I don't follow my own principles!

You can't ban this on a national level but this is when teachers and parents come in. Homework and asynchronous learning allowing you to easily cheat are a thing of the past now. Education has to make a shift to real-time/off screen learning. And designated technology literacy classes. Learn how to use AI to your advantage, not to your detriment.

We have this absolutely psychotic idea that we can't pass any laws at all to regulate any of this to any degree whatsoever. I'm not saying that we can or should just ban AI outright. But why should it be legal for a company to produce and sell a product that has no purpose other than to help students cheat on their assignments? That's literally the whole point of the thing. Why are we just sitting back and taking it? We could be making some effort to curb this madness. Instead we're doing nothing. Not even trying.

The public education system is over. It has already failed to provide even a rudimentary education to multiple generations of children. Now with AI there really is no way for a mass assembly line style system to prevent kids from using ChatGPT to do everything for them. You have two options: homeschool, or a really good (and preferably small) private school. Public education was already dying. AI just killed what was left of it. It’s done. Really. Don’t send your kid to public school. They won’t learn anything. The public education experiment failed, and now it’s over.
