@thekonyjen @doinklvnshxt Bullshit. I know this because I mentor a lot of young men who suffer emotional issues or lack various skills and insight that they should've received from their fathers. Their mothers appreciate the fact that I can help heal and guide them in ways that they never could.

@KimariRoseVA Friends first from a woman is typically a euphemism for friendzone permanently, and most men value friendships with other men, not women. Also, why should he be your "pseudo-other" and getting more attached to you while you're ignoring his feelings and looking for someone else?
English

My dating profile: “I’m looking for friends first. I’m very demisexual.”
Guy matches with me.
Him: So friends first, huh?
Me: Yeah! I think a solid friendship is the foundation for any romantic relationship.
Him: you’re right.
*Unmatches with me.*
Me: 😂😂😂
Dude, where are all the guys who actually value and care about friendship. Where are the men with substance. I kept getting guys who only knew how to flirt (poorly) 😭

@collinstimbela_ If you permit someone else to define your worth, it's your fault for not valuing yourself enough. If your life is destroyed as a result of a relationship ending, you permitted it to happen. Learn to value yourself, have high standards and ensure that you're self-sufficient.

No one talks about how many women had to start over alone because a man destroyed their life. No one talks about the nights she cried herself to sleep, questioning her worth after being made to feel like she was never enough. No one talks about how she had to rebuild her confidence from nothing, piece by piece, after it was slowly torn down.

@PisarekPhoto @MbarkCherguia I'm also in IT and have provided similar perks to engineers and other roles that worked for me.

While I was still working in a senior IT leadership position I had a few personal rules.
1. An employee’s personal time is sacred. If you’re contacting an employee after hours, something had better be burning.
2. If I wrote an email after 1200 on a Friday, I scheduled it to be sent the following Monday at 09:00. Even if you start the email with “You can answer this on Monday” the employee will feel pressured to respond. The weekend is theirs to decompress and recharge, not stress about some questions the boss might have.
3. I never insisted on a salaried employee to put in at least 40 hours a week. I didn’t care how many hours they worked as long as I was satisfied with their productivity. I encouraged the team to work more efficiently so they could bounce early. Their annual performance review didn’t have a line item for the number of hours their ass was at their desk.
4. A happy employee working about 8 hours a day is far more productive than a miserable employee working 12.

@martinez_clips Aren't they the two "men" you caught blowing out your mother's pussy and ass simultaneously? You forgot the third one who was in her mouth. Seek counseling.

My sister gave birth to a red-haired daughter. But she and her husband are both dark-haired. No one in our family has red hair. My sister insists that her husband's great-grandfather was red-haired, and that's how it was passed down. Her husband didn't believe her, especially since she has this one red-haired colleague at work. Anyway, he insisted on a DNA test, which they did after huge fights and screaming matches. My sister threw the paper in his face. It showed 99.9% he's the father. But he still doesn't believe it, says the test could have been faked or someone paid off the lab. He wants to do another one at a different lab, but my sister is afraid this will definitely lead them to divorce He's not even talking to my sister right now. But he says it's better to find out the truth and live with a clear conscience. He doesn't want to raise someone else's child.
I believe my sister 100%, but I have to admit the situation is pretty bizarre. Does anyone know anything about genetics?

@worldranking_ We keep telling these dumb bitches that this stuff never goes away and that they'll face the consequences later, but they never believe it until it's too late. When her daughter's a teen, she's going to learn that Mommy was an elite hoe.

@simphiweyinkoc_ You misconstrued what your father taught. He taught you to handle your finances properly so that you didn't have to depend upon anyone for a fruitful life, but I seriously doubt that he imparted your insolent attitude.

@PropositoyVida People are idiots. I was verbally and physically affectionate with my children starting when they were newborns and wouldn't heed anyone who opposed it. They're all highly respectful, successful adults now, and people commenting about them always note how wonderful they are.

@MrPitbull07 The woman who booked the extra seat is correct. She paid for it, and if that mother wanted to sit more comfortably, she should've purchased a separate seat for her child or paid the woman for her extra seat (cash or payment app). Trifling ass...
English

A flight turned tense after a disagreement between two passengers over an extra seat.
According to the account shared online, a plus-size traveler had intentionally purchased two seats for the flight. She explained that she wanted enough space to sit comfortably and avoid making other passengers uncomfortable during the journey.
But during boarding, the situation quickly changed.
A mother traveling with a toddler approached the woman and asked if the child could use the empty seat next to her. The traveler declined, explaining that she had paid for the seat specifically for extra space.
The conversation escalated.
The mother reportedly complained to a flight attendant, arguing that the seat could be used by her child instead. The passenger then showed both of her boarding passes, proving she had purchased and reserved the extra seat.
In the end, the airline allowed the woman to keep the seat she paid for.
The toddler was expected to sit on the parent’s lap, which is a common arrangement permitted for very young children on flights.
Despite the resolution, the woman later said she felt uncomfortable for the rest of the flight, claiming she received disapproving looks and passive-aggressive comments from other passengers.
When the story spread online, it sparked debate.
Some people argued that since she paid for the seat, she had every right to keep it.
Others believed she should have given it up for the child.
The moment turned into another viral discussion about airline etiquette, personal space, and whether paying for something automatically settles the debate.

@saniyafatma1278 If it doesn't cross your property line, there's nothing that you can do. As other people mentioned, you can plant flowers or bushes, to make it more pleasing, but if you want to removed (you can figure out what she's saying)...

I seriously need some help here. My neighbor just put up this massive metal fence right along our property line and I’m honestly pretty upset about it. It completely changed the whole feel of my driveway and now it looks like I’m pulling into some kind of industrial corridor. I had no idea this was even happening until the thing was already built. It feels like my space just got boxed in overnight. What on earth can I do in a situation like this???
