@Sunflowerreal South Africa will stop and come to standstill. No road will open and no one will go to work. It will be worse than July unrest or any other unrest in the world.

#MadlangaCommission [SGT NKOSI FACES ADDITIONAL CHARGES] The Commission’s Recommendations Investigative Task Team has brought additional charges of defeating and obstructing the course of justice against Sergeant Fannie Nkosi. Sergeant Nkosi is now expected to appear before the Thohoyandou Magistrate’s Court on Friday, 15 May 2026. It is alleged that on 10 November 2022, a suspect was arrested for possession of dagga, unlicensed firearms and explosives. Investigations indicate that Sgt Nkosi fetched the original case docket under the pretext that he had been sent by Head Office. A few months later, he allegedly returned to Thohoyandou, identified himself as a Colonel from Head Office, and removed the confiscated dagga from police custody. He later booked in the exhibit at Head Office, but it was later discovered that one of the exhibit bag containing the dagga was tempered with. A case of defeating and obstructing the course of justice has been registered for investigation.

As long you are away from your wife or girlfriend for one hour, anything is possible, she might be snacked. There used to be a married woman who used to get chowed by her boss everyday before 5pm. And the husband was dropping and fetching from work everyday. And the husband will arrive, make jokes with his wife boss and even laugh out loud without knowing about her being chowed daily.

Even if you stay with her everyday, they will chow her everyday at breakfast or lunch hour or at gym. If she doesn't work , neighbours will chow her while you are at work. If you are self employed or work with her, they will chow her in church or funerals or during community functions or by your family doctor in consultation room while you waiting outside for her. Long distance or short distance doesn't matter and doesn't guarantee anything. Oksalyo otla jewa wherever she is.

In SA, SAPS officers fall under the Government Employees Pension Fund (GEPF). Conviction + dismissal for work misconduct doesn't automatically forfeit the full pension. Accrued benefits are usually paid out or preserved, but GEPF can deduct proven losses/damages to the employer (e.g. fraud, theft of exhibits) if admitted or court-ordered. They lose future service credits, salary-linked benefits, and medical aid upon discharge. Exact outcome depends on the sentence and any court rulings.

No, it doesn't work that way under GEPF rules. Once you're dismissed from SAPS after conviction/sentencing, your GEPF membership ends. You're paid a resignation benefit (lump sum based on your actuarial interest at dismissal date — here R3m, minus any deductions for proven employer losses like tampered exhibits). You can take it in cash or transfer it to an approved preservation fund/retirement annuity. It won't stay in GEPF accruing interest/growth while you're imprisoned and not contributing. Any future growth depends on what you do with the payout (your own investments or the new fund's returns) — not automatic GEPF "umbrella" gains. No future service credits either.
