@WallStSai So we have an obese patient who’s otherwise stable, suddenly goes into acute liver failure - after starting a drug - which is being investigated for it’s hepatic concerns by FDA - but we are being told it’s “not reasonable” to draw this causation 👍

TWO DAYS after receiving the application, FDA greenlit the new pancreatic cancer drug daraxonrasib for expanded access.
This drug has also been granted a national priority voucher, which means a full application could be reviewed in a matter of weeks instead of 10-12 months.

@PikaCapital Well his „thesis“ is hard to defeat. If you are not able to bring real innovation bioinvestors’ money is often wasted. Optimising existing treatments will rarely bring real value and mostly only for companies that already have an established product for the indication.
