I have a confession to make: I have been seduced by all those Tai Chi adverts on YouTube and Netflix. I bought an online subscription that said that I wouldn’t recognise myself in 28 days and would look like the well-chiselled Asian man they advertise it with. I did it for two days and left it for the last month. The movements were so slow that I didn’t feel that I was doing anything. Since then, I didn’t open the app until today. I think that I must do the 28 days first before determining whether dem don run me street. I restarted today. Wish me luck. 😀

@DrJoeAbah I think exercise is usually wrongly assumed to work mainly based on intensity.I saw this video that had a very simple movement repeated a 100 times.I did it on & off for a while & someone was asking me if I've started lifting weights. He was shocked when I showed him the video.

Senator Graham, History has taught us that alliances are built on mutual respect and shared strategic depth, not on "on-demand" participation in regional conflagrations. Here is the reality that transcends political rhetoric :) 1. Sovereignty vs. Subservience : The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a sovereign global power, not a proxy. Our military decisions are governed by our national interests and the security of our people, not by the shifting political winds in Washington D.C. A defense agreement is a cornerstone of global stability ( especially for energy markets ) not a "contract for hire." 2. Strategic Wisdom vs. Tactical Recklessness : While you call for escalation, the Kingdom chooses Strategic Patience. We have seen the aftermath of ( regime change ) & " unending wars" in Iraq and Afghanistan conflicts that cost trillions and left the region in chaos. Saudi Arabia’s leadership, through Vision 2030, is committed to building a future of prosperity, not returning the Middle East to a cycle of perpetual destruction. 3. The Burden of Stability ; Saudi Arabia has been the primary bulwark against regional threats for decades ( economically, politically, and militarily.) We do not need lessons on the "Iranian threat" from those who oscillate between nuclear deals and sanctions. We manage this threat with the maturity of a state that actually lives in the neighborhood, not a politician looking for a headline. 4. Partnership is a Two-Way Street : If the United States views a defense pact as a favor, it fundamentally misunderstands the architecture of global security. The stability of the Kingdom is the stability of the global economy. Threatening "consequences" against a key ally is a relic of an outdated foreign policy that no longer reflects the multipolar reality of 2026. Finally // True leadership is measured by the ability to prevent wars, not just start them. Saudi Arabia decides when, where, and how to use its might. We are a partner in peace, a titan in the economy, and a lion in defense but we are nobody’s instrument." 🇸🇦🇸🇦🇸🇦🇸🇦🇸🇦🇸🇦🇸🇦🇸🇦🇸🇦🇸🇦🇸🇦🇸🇦🇸🇦🇸🇦❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The American Embassy is being evacuated in Riyadh because of sustained attacks by Iran against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is my understanding the Kingdom refuses to use their capable military as a part of an effort to end the barbaric and terrorist Iranian regime who has terrorized the region and killed 7 Americans. Question – why should America do a defense agreement with a country like the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that is unwilling to join a fight of mutual interest? Americans are dying and the U.S. is spending billions to dislodge the terrorist Iranian regime that threatens the region. Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia seems to be issuing statements and doing things in the background that are marginally helpful, but unwilling to participate in military operations to end the reign of terror coming out of Iran. Hopefully Gulf Cooperation Council countries will get more involved as this fight is in their backyard. If you are not willing to use your military now, when are you willing to use it? Hopefully this changes soon. If not, consequences will follow. nytimes.com/2026/03/08/wor…

Here’s how you know you’re ready for success: Things finally make sense. You have a clear plan, not noise. That clarity only comes after messing up a lot. By then, success has already happened in your mind, real life just needs time to catch up.

CAF should kuku let the Maghrib have its own cup of nations open only to North Africans so that the rest of us can have our AFCON back. Burkina Faso hosted and didn't win, nothing happened. Nigeria & Ghana hosted and didn't win, nothing happened. Mali hosted and didn't win, nothing happened. Ghana hosted and didn't win, nothing happened. Angola hosted and didn't win, nothing happened. Ditto Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, South Africa, Cameroon. Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda will host in 2027, they won't win, and nobody will die. But once a North African team hosts, they have to win it or else the sky will fall down? They should form their own confederation and let us hear word abeg. They need us much more than we need them anyway.
