She’s now an ordinary litigant after 14 yrs of misrule, not a constitutional queen. Attending court was her choice & political drama which BCI has taken notice and time will tell the end of this drama. Raising slogans is a fundamental right under Art 19(1)(a), brutally crushed under TMC’s goonda raj & now restored in Bengal. What you call “hostility” is suppressed public anger finally free after post-poll violence, scams & loot. Calling out thieves (Chor) isn’t insult ; it’s truth. Court is for justice, not safe space for corrupt ex-rulers. Before lecturing on decorum, introspect your own conduct: shouting, disrupting Parliament, multiple suspensions. Your party created this culture of intolerance. People have spoken. No red carpet for those who denied democracy to others. Suvendu govt owes equal law, not TMC durbar. Take a long break, Kalyan. If even a Senior Advocate and former Chief Minister can face such hostility and lack of security within the premises of the High Court, one can only imagine the situation ordinary Trinamool workers and supporters are confronting across the state. A court of law is a place meant for justice, dignity, and constitutional values — not for shouting derogatory slogans or branding individuals as “thieves.” The continuous disrespectful and insulting conduct displayed by Suryaneel Babu towards Mamata Banerjee since the day of the election counting deserves strong condemnation. After Mr. Suvendu Adhikari assumed responsibility, how does the government explain this alarming lack of security and decorum even inside the judicial premises? If such incidents can occur at the High Court itself, serious questions naturally arise about the safety and democratic atmosphere prevailing across Bengal today. @SuvenduWB @BJP4Bengal
