President Trump isn’t releasing sanctions on Iran like Biden did to the tune of $16 billion. He didn’t send $1.7 billion like Obama did to the regime. Obama failed to enforce his red line. In return, the US lost respect on the world stage. The scenes now emerging from Iran are as harrowing as those from Syria. The release of the hostages is a huge win for President Trump — but two things need to be considered for this deal to work. First, Gaza’s education system. I grew up in Iran and in preschool we were made to chant “Death to Israel, death to America.” Unless there’s real denazification of Gaza’s schools, peace won’t last. Second, the bad actors in the region, like Iran. Who’s going to make sure they don’t start sending bombs into Israel and sabotage this deal?

Make no mistake about it: Trump wasn’t just diagnosed with CVI, a serious condition that can lead to heart failure. Visible leg swelling means he’s already at Stage 3, not the beginning. He likely knew for months, probably even before the election, and only disclosed it now because the symptoms became impossible to hide. Trump must release all his medical records now.

Extremely disturbing trend is allowing physicians trained overseas to practice in the US wo American training. Medical Education overseas is NOT of the same quality as that in the US. Patients will suffer.

@nocorporatemed Insurers used to only offer indemnity plans with no preauthorization. Doctors and hospitals got greedy and overcharged or committed billing fraud. Medical cost trend was out of control and HMOs helped rein that in. Greedy docs may not like it, but HMOs work.

People would be appalled to know that now insurances pay a doctor less than what a plumber charges to come to your house. I got paid $65 by a HMO for 40 mins of my time to manage a complex patient! This is before any of my overhead!
