I agree, this was an own goal by Hearts. They forced the SFA to act by continuing to try and make capital on inaccurate reporting; to peddle the line that they were the victims in all this. I understand that they are still hurting but the club also needs to show professionalism and integrity.

@Official_T4O Hearts questioned in their statement why was game ended prematurely. SFA fell into trap, by thinking they could evidence extra time was played. In fact it wasn't played to the full time. If it had, there would be no reason to mention that Mcinnes had Agreed to end game.

“We have a pitch invasion!” “Hearts want their players off the pitch!” But yet, according to SFA this is some vindication for them? We are living in opposite world clearly. It's clear that the game was abandoned and no amount of word salad from the SFA will get around that.

I have now written as a former Chair of Hearts to SFA Chief Executive, Ian Maxwell, asking for a review of last Saturday’s match where it is increasingly clear rules were broken when the match was stopped because of pitch invasion before all the extra time had been played
