Trump is correct though, the yanks help allies out all the time - see Ukraine - but when they ask for some assistance we don't help out.

@Reality_Rob @TempletonPeckJr @BigNonVeganDave I don't believe he (or any other world 'leaders') are acting of their own volition. And I include Putin in that. The world is not run by politicians. They don't make policy, they merely announce it. Just my view. 🤪

@TempletonPeckJr @BigNonVeganDave I don't know what anyone should or will do but maybe if Israel / USA hadn't escalated the situation this mess could have been avoided. I don't remember Iran attacking anyone in the last 40-odd years (although it has been weeks away from developing a nuclear bomb since the 90s)

@steve_jennings @marshyleeds I agree, if you arent going to "go for it" at home to a team like Sunderland who have started struggling recently when are you going to release the handbrake. Still think there are 3 worst teams than us but i didnt have that West Ham win at Fulham on the radar unfortunately

@Reality_Rob @marshyleeds Totally agree, Rob, and I'm not calling Farke Out at this stage of the season. But he has to hold his hands up and play his best team, and to their strengths with ambition. Regardless of the longer term he has a duty and target which has never changed - to keep LUFC in the Prem.

It’s still a categorical ‘stick’ with Farke for me. Last night was frustrating to the extreme and I do believe the manager picked the wrong side. But it’s always easier in hindsight. The latest on his future here ⤵️ #LUFC

@steve_jennings @marshyleeds I wouldnt change anything but i think with 9 games to go we are into the "suck it and see" policy. Farke done plenty enough for me this year for the club to stick with him. Always be question marks going forward, if we can find better then maybe a change then, not now though

@marshyleeds Not hindsight, James, I predicted well before kick-off that he would play the same (defensive) side as Citeh - which is not our best XI, by the way - that we would play for a draw without ambition to go at the Mackems. Told the Mrs we would lose to a late goal. And I'm no expert.

@andyleeds1919 Possibly, final ball was poor at times. They are just miles better than us, just like Arsenal. Our battles are Sunderland, Palace and Spurs. Had to take one of those early chances though didn’t we
