Even if you can only think of one thing, that’s something that can help you push yourself to a place of happiness you deserve. There are clouds on the horizon today and the sun is not yet showing itself, but I will make my own light. I know I am strong enough. I know I am capable enough. If you feel you can’t, then please give yourself permission to reach out to someone who can share their light with you today. There are a lot more good people than bad. The bad are a small number.
