NO MMR CARRYOVER. It would be a nightmare for a bit, but after a few months it would solve itself. No more boosted players and bought accounts and legacy radiants. 3) When you SOLO QUEUE, you shouldn't have to play against stacked players. This way if you solo queue your chances of running into boosters and smurfs is less. 4) CANNOT 5 STACK IN IMMORTAL+ 5) Make sure each account is SMS verified or something to play ranked which will reduce the number of alt accounts.
