The biggest pet peeve I have in real estate is seeing a property that has so much potential but the listing is filled with a bunch of features that every house has. The "sizzle" of real estate is the benefits....not the features. One property in particular I have reviewed is owned by a fitness professional and the property is a dream home for active families yet the listing says nothing about the lifestyle that awaits.
