@JenCommon @shellenberger In his confession texts (while yes, questionable, came from his device) he clearly states that he did not disassemble the gun again, he wrapped it in a towel and dropped it in the bushes. He'd only been living with Twig a couple months, probably wasn't close to Tyler's family yet

Tyler "confessed" to his parents but we were never told what he confessed to. He could have just confessed that he dropped off a bag in the bushes, but we don't know what he actually said to his parents. The confession in the text messages was clearly a setup. Reads like a TV script. No one his age says "vehicle" or "drop site". Those are law enforcement words. Also, you wouldn't need to tell someone over texts that you're close to and live with why your dad has become more MAGA lately... you would already know that because you live together. So clearly a staged text chain. Anyone that owns a firearm, your prints would be on that firearm so of course Tyler's fingerprints are on the family heirloom firearm. Interesting that the gunpowder sniffing dogs couldn't find the gun, but then all of the sudden just a few hours later the gun was then found in the same place the dogs had already searched. Also odd that the gun was re-assembled after he allegedly took it apart before he jumped down after the roof. So Tyler took a backpack on the roof, put the gun together, took the shot, then took the gun apart (which takes at least 60 seconds), and then he ran away and instead of ditching his backpack, he calmly sat down somewhere and took the time to put the gun back together? At some part, you have to see that this is quite a stretch.

If the prosecution’s case cannot hold up under serious scrutiny, then it does not deserve to. We are talking about taking a human life, so every challenge, every inconsistency, every angle must be welcomed, not shut down. Any argument that helps a jury reach a not guilty verdict should be seen as a virtue, not a flaw. If Tyler really did this, and the state is going to kill him for it, then the case must be absolutely airtight, don’t you agree? I’m not sure where you lost your way, Michael. But your downfall is sad to witness
