Inaccurate/misleading elements
1) It was not “4 bullet jacket fragments” — it was one jacket fragment + lead fragments (leads unsuitable for comparison).
2) The expert did not “scientifically determine” the bullet was from a “WAY SMALLER” projectile that excluded Tyler’s rifle. The result was inconclusive, and she affirmed .30-caliber-class consistency.
3) This does not constitute “devastating testimony for the prosecution” or prove the case is “FEDs SLOP.” Inconclusive ballistics on a damaged fragment is common and does not rule out the rifle (especially with the matching cartridge case and other evidence).

The ATF expert that analyzed the bullet fragments said that out of the 4 bullet jacket fragments only ONE was usable, and that usable fragment was scientifically determined to be from a bullet WAY SMALLER than the one Tyler's riffle uses.

Today, I expect the liars to come out swinging harder and more viciously than ever. They'll name call, mock, jeer, and seethe. I can imagine hundreds of other scenarios where Robinson may be guilty of something on that day, before or after, that could lead to defense wanting to avoid evidence that may seem exculpatory to us in the public but would actually lead in a direction that implicates Robinson in some aspect of what did happen.
You seem only curious in one version of events. The rest of us are out here asking questions with open minds.
